Propose a workshop
Practical information
The MCV Conference offers the opportunity to organize workshops to enrich the program and foster exchanges between participants. These short formats allow for sharing expertise, facilitating discussion, or proposing an interactive activity around the congress's themes.
Duration and formats
Maximum duration: 1 hour
Number of participants: Maximum 20
Formats: collaborative workshops, serious game, demonstrations, training
Schedule
The workshops can take place during lunch breaks, coffee breaks, and at the end of the day on Wednesday, November 25th. As an exception, and subject to feasibility, some workshops may be scheduled in parallel with the congress sessions.
Limited number of workshops
The number of workshops is very limited due to the small number of slots and the availability of only one room. Proposals will be selected if they exceed available capacity.
Pricing Conditions
- Associations: free participation, subject to validation
- Other structures (companies, organizations, etc.): The booking of a time slot and room, as well as the organization of the workshop, will be subject to a quote.
