Registration process

  • Registrations are made on the Conftool platform.
  • Invoices are sent by the MCV 2026 Organizing Committee.
  • Each participant must register individually on the Conftool platform.
  • For group invoice, please contact us at info@congres-mcv.com by sending us a list of participants, after each has registered individually on the platform.
  • If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact us at info@congres-mcv.com.
  • If you have questions regarding the registration, pease contact us at info@congres-mcv.com

Fees

  • Registration includes access to the conference, sessions, posters, coffee breaks and lunch breaks (10% VAT).
  • The dinner on 25/11/26 entails an additional cost (20% VAT).
  • Early bird April 2 to July 31, 2026
  • Regular August 1 to November 20, 2026

Q&A

Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque or credit card on request.

Badges are handed out on site on the day of the conference, after you have checked in at the reception desk.

Yes, paid registration is compulsory for all participants, presenters and moderators.

Invoices are sent by the organizing committee after payment has been received. If you need an invoice or quotation in advance to initiate the payment process, we can send them to you on request. Invoices are not generated automatically via Conftool, as we use independent invoicing software.
