Registration process

The registrations are managed via the Conftool platform. Each participant is invited to register individually on the platform, with invoices subsequently issued by the MCV 2026 Organizing Committee.

For a Consolidated billing, thank you for registering individually on Conftool beforehand, and then contacting us at info@congres-mcv.com by sending us the list of registered participants.

For everything credit card payment or for any questions regarding the registration process, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@congres-mcv.com.

Fees

  • Registration includes access to the conference, sessions, posters, coffee breaks and lunch breaks (10% VAT).
  • The dinner on 25/11/26 entails an additional cost (20% VAT).
  • Early bird April 2 to July 31, 2026
  • Regular August 1 to November 20, 2026

Q&A

Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque or credit card on request.

Badges are handed out on site on the day of the conference, after you have checked in at the reception desk.

Yes, paid registration is compulsory for all participants, presenters and moderators.

Invoices are sent by the organizing committee after payment has been received. If you need an invoice or quotation in advance to initiate the payment process, we can send them to you on request. Invoices are not generated automatically via Conftool, as we use independent invoicing software.
