If a registered participant cannot attend the event for any reason, they may be replaced. Cancellation Policy
If a registered participant cannot attend the event for any reason, they may be replaced, upon confirmation by the organizer, by another person from the same organization.
If a registered participant is unable to attend the event and cannot be replaced by another person from the same organization, the following refund policy applies:
- Registrations canceled within 14 days of the payment date will be refunded 100 % of the registration fee.
- Registrations canceled more than 14 days after the payment date and at least 45 days before the start of the conference will be refunded 50 % of the registration fee.
- Registrations cancelled less than 45 days before the start of the conference will not be refunded
The refund period begins to run from the effective date of payment, regardless of the registration date.
Refund policy

Yes The refund request is approved., the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account used to pay for the registration.
For payments made by bank transfer from a bank account located outside of France, the refund will also be made by bank transfer. Any bank charges related to the refund will be borne by the beneficiary.
